The Circular Feed association has 4 consultation bodies:

General Members Meeting. Usually the membership meeting is held twice a year. The meeting is open to members.

The Board that prepares the General Members' Meeting and monitors the implementation of decisions and policy.

Content Working Group, which advises the Board and the General Members' Meeting in the areas of legislation, research and quality. From this working group, the Circular Feed association sends representatives to committees and working groups of the Product Board Animal Feed and GMPplus that supervise research, legislation and quality issues on substantive grounds. This working group also supervises the information website about moisture-rich animal feed.
This working group meets several times a year according to a fixed schedule.

Policy Working Group, in which producers, together with distributors, prepare and coordinate the policy position of moist animal feed . This working group is chaired by the chairman of the association. The working group meets as needed.

The Administration of the Circular Feed association is provided by Thielen Consult BV from Venray. The office is the contact point for the association and carries out all secretarial and administrative work.
